Sorry, no refunds or exchanges because everything is custom made-to-order and/or one-of-a-kind! Custom work takes about 1-2 weeks to create and another 1-2 weeks for carrier shipping and delivery. Not fully satisfied? Shoot me an email and we will figure something out.
